Exchanges (Size or Fit)

If your bikini doesn’t fit as expected, we offer exchanges.

* You may request an exchange within 3 days after receiving your order  
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags and hygiene protection)  
* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility  
* Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with your exchange  

Our team will guide you step by step to make this process simple and smooth.

Alternative Solution (Recommended)

To make things easier and faster, we can also offer you a special discount on a new order if the size isn’t perfect.

This way, you avoid international return shipping and receive your new piece much faster 💛

Returns & Refunds

Due to international logistics, we do not offer refunds for size or fit issues.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a solution:

* Replacement at no additional cost, or  
* Full refund (after verification)

Please contact us with photos within 3 days after receiving your order so we can assist you.
