3. International Shipping and Customs Duties (DDU)
Responsibility: All local import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Customs Clearance: Our shipping carrier, DHL Express, may contact you to collect these local fees before final delivery is completed.
Refused Packages: If a package is refused by the customer due to customs fees, the costs associated with the international return shipping will be deducted from the customer's final refund.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Deadline: Return and exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
Costs: All international return shipping costs, labels, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property
Rights: All images, designs, photography, branding, logo, and text displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Luminno’s.
Prohibition: Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Conflict Resolution
Legislation: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the brand's origin country (Brazil).
