1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
To guarantee maximum security and velocity for our international clients, we ship worldwide exclusively via DHL Express International. 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United States: 2 to 6 business days.
Europe & United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days.
Americas (Latam & Canada): 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of the World (Australia, Asia, Africa): 4 to 9 business days.

4. International Shipping, Duties, and Customs
As our pieces are shipped directly from our manufacturing atelier in Brazil, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. 
Luminno’s is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the DHL system.
