Luminno's items are shipped via the following method: DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)This means that the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include local taxes, import duties, or customs fees.

As the recipient, you are solely responsible for all government taxes, customs duties, or processing costs of the destination country. Our carrier (DHL Express) will contact you directly to collect these amounts before making the physical delivery.

Luminno's has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. If you refuse to accept the package due to customs costs, the shipment will be returned to our distribution center, and all return shipping costs, local fees, and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
