 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Luminno’s, we want you to love your premium handmade swimwear. We maintain high standards of quality, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us internationally. 

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
* Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
* In its original packaging with all tags attached.
* The hygiene protection liners must be intact and securely attached.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at luminnosofc@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Address: All approved returns must be shipped back to our official facility: Rua Maria Moreira da Silva, 471 - Poços de Caldas, MG - 37705-005, Brazil.
Return Shipping Costs: Because our high-end pieces are crafted and shipped directly from our manufacturing atelier in Brazil, all return international shipping costs, labels, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Alternative Solution (Recommended): To avoid high international return shipping fees and carrier delays, our support team can offer you an exclusive discount on a new size or style. This way, you keep your original piece and receive a new one much faster.

 3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with clear photos at luminnosofc@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exclusions
We do not accept returns or refunds for items that show signs of wear, lack original tags, or have the hygiene protection liner removed. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, under the same condition rules listed in Section 1.

 6. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility in Brazil, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at luminnosofc@yahoo.com.
