SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Luminno’s. We are proud to offer high-end, premium, and exclusive handmade swimwear crafted by artisanal hands in Brazil. Every piece carries unique details designed to bring you the true essence of luxury worldwide.

To guarantee maximum security, speed, and real-time door-to-door tracking for our international clients, all shipments are handled exclusively in partnership with DHL Express.

1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
* You will receive a notification email containing your official DHL tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched from our manufacturing atelier.

 2. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch via DHL Express:
United States: 2 to 6 business days.
Europe & United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days.
Americas (Latam & Canada): 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of the World (Australia, Asia, Africa): 4 to 9 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to local customs clearance processing.

3. International Taxes, Duties, and Customs (DDU / DAP)
Customer Responsibility: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your order may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, and processing taxes levied by the destination country. Luminno’s is not responsible for these local charges.
DHL Processing: Local customs may hold the package, and DHL Express will contact the recipient directly to collect these fees (if applicable) before final delivery is completed.
Refused Packages: If a customer refuses to pay local customs fees and the package is returned to our distribution center in Brazil, the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any associated tariffs will be deducted from the customer's final refund.4. Package Security and Delivery
 Once the package is delivered and signed for at the designated destination address provided during checkout, our brand is not responsible for subsequent theft, loss, or damages.
 Once an order has been handed over to DHL Express, the shipping method and destination address cannot be altered. Modifications or cancellations can only be processed before the package is shipped.
