To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The hygiene protection liners must be intact and securely attached.

Return Shipping Costs: Because our high-end pieces are crafted and shipped directly from our manufacturing atelier in Brazil, all return international shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Alternative Solution (Recommended): To avoid high international return shipping fees and delays, our team can offer you an exclusive, heavy discount on a new size or style. This way, you keep your original piece and receive a new one much faster.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

To guarantee maximum security and velocity for our international clients, we ship worldwide exclusively via DHL Express International. 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United States: 2 to 6 business days.
Europe & United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days.
Americas (Latam & Canada): 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of the World (Australia, Asia, Africa): 4 to 9 business days.
